An online top-up service for prepaid balances on the Ortel Mobile network in Germany. We take a request, redirect you to a secure card checkout, and once the payment is accepted the workshop applies the top-up with the operator. We are not the operator, do not sell SIM cards, and cannot change tariffs.
guthabenwerk is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, and for damages to life, body or health, within the limits of German law. Beyond that, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages of the transaction. We are not responsible for downtime or issues on the operator side beyond our control.
These terms can be updated as legal or technical requirements change. Substantive changes are announced on this page with the date. Continuing to use the site after that date means accepting the updated terms.
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permitted, is München.
